The Luxe Cantilever® design is protected by Australian Registered Design No. 202318723, registered in the name of Sydney Cantilever Group Pty Ltd under the Designs Act 2003 (Cth). This registration grants Sydney Cantilever Group Pty Ltd the exclusive right to use this design in Australia, and to authorise others to do so.

The registered design protects the distinctive shape and configuration of the Luxe Cantilever® product as shown in the official representations lodged with IP Australia. Any person or company that manufactures, imports, sells, hires, or otherwise deals in a product that embodies a design identical to, or substantially similar in overall impression to, our registered design may be liable for design infringement.

The Luxe Cantilever® product is also the subject of a pending patent application. Patent Pending.

Sydney Cantilever Group Pty Ltd actively monitors the Australian market and will pursue legal action including applications for injunctive relief and claims for damages and account of profits against any party that infringes its registered design rights under the Designs Act 2003 (Cth).
